XTSNA Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data XTSNA Inc. ("XTSNA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of our websites, applications, and services.
01 / Corporate Structure and Operational Responsibility
XTSNA Inc. operates as a global parent organization with a diverse portfolio of subsidiary products, services, and strategic partnerships. It is important to note that while these entities may operate under the XTSNA brand umbrella, many of our subsidiary products and partner services are managed and operated by independent entities or specialized divisions.
Operational Independence: XTSNA Inc. (the "Parent Company") provides the overarching technological framework and brand identity. However, the day-to-day operations, data processing activities, and direct user interactions of specific subsidiary products or partner services are the responsibility of their respective operators. The Parent Company does not directly manage the operational logistics or specific service delivery of these independent entities.
02 / Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service across our entire ecosystem. If you have concerns, complaints, or feedback regarding any of our subsidiary products, partner services, or collaborative ventures, we provide a centralized channel for resolution.
Reporting Mechanism: For any complaints related to our subsidiary products or partners, please contact our dedicated compliance team at complaints@xtsna.com. Our team will review your submission and coordinate with the relevant operational entity to ensure a thorough investigation and appropriate resolution.
03 / Personal Data XTSNA Collects from You
We strive to collect only the personal data that we need. The personal data XTSNA collects depends on how you interact with XTSNA. We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using XTSNA products and services. Individuals under the age of 18, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if different, are not permitted to create their own XTSNA IDs unless a parent or legal guardian has provided verifiable consent or as part of the child account creation process.

09 / How XTSNA Uses Personal Data
XTSNA uses the personal data we collect to provide, improve, and personalize our products and services; to process transactions and communicate with you about them; to keep our products and services secure and to detect and prevent fraud; to comply with applicable legal obligations; and, where you have given us permission or as otherwise permitted by law, to send you marketing communications and to measure their effectiveness.
We may also use personal data in an aggregated or de-identified form that does not directly identify you for research, analytics, and product development purposes.
10 / Data Retention
XTSNA retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our products and services, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected. When personal data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it.
11 / How XTSNA Shares Personal Data
XTSNA does not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with service providers and business partners who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, analytics, and customer support, and who are contractually bound to protect your data. We may also share personal data with other XTSNA affiliates, with your consent, or where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of XTSNA, our users, or others.

These measures include encryption of data in transit and, where appropriate, at rest, access controls, network security monitoring, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and while we work to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
13 / Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, which may include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory or data protection authority. Where required by law, we also provide mechanisms to opt out of certain uses of your data, including targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, you may submit a request through your XTSNA account settings, where available, or by contacting us at legal@xtsna.com. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
14 / Regional Disclosures
Depending on your location, additional disclosures or rights may apply to you under local law, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable data protection laws. Where local law provides greater protection or additional rights than described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, those local protections and rights will apply.
15 / Changes to This Privacy Policy
XTSNA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through our websites, apps, or other appropriate means, and, where required by law, seek your consent. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
16 / Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, XTSNA processes personal data only where we have a valid legal basis to do so. Depending on the context, this may include: your consent; the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you (such as providing the Services you request); compliance with a legal obligation; protection of your vital interests; or our legitimate interests, such as improving and securing our Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object, as described in Section 13.
17 / Marketing Communications and Do Not Track
Where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law, we may send you marketing communications about products, services, and promotions. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each message, or by adjusting your communication preferences in your XTSNA account settings.
Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet an accepted industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, XTSNA does not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still manage tracking through your cookie and browser settings as described in Section 04.
18 / Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
In some cases, XTSNA may use automated means, including algorithms and analytics, to evaluate certain personal aspects about you, such as for fraud detection, credit risk assessment, content personalization, or security purposes. Where such processing produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, and where required by applicable law, you have the right to request human review of the decision, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@xtsna.com.
19 / Data Breach Notification
XTSNA maintains procedures to detect, respond to, and investigate security incidents that may affect personal data. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, XTSNA will notify affected individuals and, where required by applicable law, the relevant supervisory authorities, without undue delay and in accordance with the timelines and requirements of applicable data protection law. Notifications will include, to the extent known, the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of individuals and records affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
20 / Entire Agreement
This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Service and any additional terms, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or otherwise agreed to in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and XTSNA Inc. regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data. It supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and XTSNA relating to your personal data.
No waiver of any term of this Privacy Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and XTSNA’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
21 / About These Terms
